I worked with United Airlines' Marketing team to scale the impact of their social presence on TikTok and Instagram. Through this social retainer, I collaborated with key stakeholders within their team to develop evergreen content that elevated their brand voice in spaces where their customers engage and share personal stories. I also spearheaded unique creator pieces tapping into a diverse network of talent to market new offerings and milestones within the company. Within my team at Westbrook, I led the creative development of social concepts, facilitated final assets with post-production, and worked in tandem with our partner management team to translate feedback into desired results.
