As the Senior Manager of Creative Production at Worthi Agency, I served as the lead creative for our retainer account with BET Media Group. In this role, I developed strategic, innovative campaigns to market over 20 titles across BMG’s streaming platforms, original channels, and major events. My daily responsibilities included overseeing a post-production team of seven editors and graphic designers to manage asset creation, collaborating closely with the audience strategy team to develop tailored creative concepts for each title, and establishing an efficient creative workflow to ensure timely delivery across social media and internal channels in a dynamic environment.
At Worthi Agency, my unique perspective on creative strategy was widely recognized, as was my ability to quickly resolve logistical challenges without disrupting output. I worked on three major titles within BMG’s programming—Sistas, Zatima, and Haus of Vicious—as well as on significant electoral coverage leading up to the 2024 election. My work included producing red-carpet interviews, coordinating talent-driven creator days for premieres, and executing large-scale marketing campaigns to drive BMG’s primary KPI: increasing watch time across their film and TV library.
